- B.A. /B.Sc. with 50% marks in aggregate and having Mathematics as one of the subjects.

- B.Sc. (Honours School in Physics)/B.Sc. Engg. with 50% marks in aggregate and having Mathematics as one of the subsidiary subjects.
OR
- B.A./B.Sc. in Full Subject obtaining 45% marks in Mathematics
